02Nature of the information

The information on this website, including blog articles, is general and for information only. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace a specialist consultation. Recovery plans are set individually after the consultation. In a medical emergency, call 112.

03Bookings

• You can book online (through the Altegio platform), by phone, on WhatsApp or by leaving your phone number in the contact form. Bookings are confirmed by our team or by the booking platform.
• If you cannot come, please let us know as early as possible so the slot can be offered to another patient. The specific rescheduling and cancellation conditions are communicated when you book.
• For minor patients, a parent or legal guardian must be present.

04Prices

• Prices are shown in Moldovan lei (MDL) and are those in force on the date of publication. The price valid on the date of purchase or booking applies.
• Follow-up assessments during the recovery programme are not charged separately.
• Package conditions (number of sessions, period of use) are communicated at purchase.
• We reserve the right to update prices; changes do not affect services already paid for.

05Payments

• You can pay at the clinic, online by card (on the secure page of the bank or payment processor) or by QR code in your banking app.
• For online and QR payments, the “Pay online” page generates a payment code; please include it in the payment comment so we can match the payment to your booking.
• Rebalance never receives or stores your card details.
• For refund requests, please contact us; we handle them in line with consumer protection law and the conditions communicated at purchase.

06Intellectual property

The texts, photos, logo and graphic elements of this website belong to Rebalance or are used with their authors’ permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written consent. You are welcome to share links to the website’s pages.

07External links and availability

The website contains links to external services (Altegio, banks and payment processors, Google Maps, social networks, WhatsApp). They operate under their own rules, for which we are not responsible. We aim to keep the website available at all times, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.

09Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, including Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection. We always try to resolve any disagreement amicably first — write to us or give us a call. As a consumer, you may also contact the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance or the competent court.

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
